The Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation is expanding its teen programs for ages 12 to 18. Our goal is to build an online community where teenagers and young adults living with CMT can connect with and learn from each other.

We encourage parents and teens to complete our short survey together to help us understand how teens interact online and what they need most from a peer community.
