The Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation (HNF) is excited to announce plans for a family camp weekend in the summer of 2013 at Camp Twin Lakes in Georgia. Through its network, Camp Twin Lakes provides customized programs for children with serious illnesses, disabilities, and other challenges. All recreational activities are fully accessible in a medically supportive environment. You do not need to be a Georgia resident to attend. The camp is accessible through Hartsfield Airport in Atlanta.

We know the weekend will be a wonderful experience for everyone. HNF hopes to offer a longer stay for campers beginning in 2014.

To help plan this program, HNF needs just a few minutes of your time. Please let us know whether your family would be interested in attending next summer’s weekend. This is not a commitment to attend. We understand that the lack of financial details and an exact date may affect your decision. We need your input to determine the structure of the program. HNF will address financial support once we have a better sense of how many families want to participate.
