# Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation (HNF) / CureCMT

> HNF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to finding cures and treatments for Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT) and related inherited neuropathies. HNF holds the Global Registry for Inherited Neuropathies (GRIN), one of the largest patient registries for CMT in the world, and runs the CMT Genie no-cost genetic testing program, the CMT Biobank, and the TRIAD research model. This site (curecmt.org) is HNF's patient, research, and industry hub.
